"WHEN people come to use the service we obviously explain to them what they can expect and what they will need in terms of treatment, but at the same time we talk about their responsibilities. "This includes turning up at the times they are supposed to be there and their behaviour on the premises but importantly we do instill in them that their behaviour outside the building is very important as well.
