Babies as young as four months are being taken to special gyms amid growing paranoia about obesity, it emerged yesterday. An American chain has signed hundreds of babies and toddlers in Britain for "developmental gymnastics". Demand for places has surged as government figures show that one in five London children under 11 is obese.
