Cost of obesity 'over-estimated' - BBC Health News 22nd November 2007

A major government study has over-estimated the future cost of obesity to the UK by at least £10bn, according to a BBC investigation. The Foresight report put the cost to the UK by 2050 at over £45bn a year, almost half the NHS budget.
