A man with a history of mental illness told a family doctor he was "a walking time bomb" hours before killing a teenage girl. Richard Hanson slashed 18-year-old Gemma Roberts's throat with a broken bottle as she walked past him. He had attacked several teenagers and stabbed a 51-year-old man before the killing in September last year, Leeds Crown Court heard.
