THESE neighbours live on opposite sides of the English-Welsh border but one can get treatment at the Countess of Chester Hospital within 18 weeks while the other may have to wait up to a year. That's because a funding row means someone living on the English side of Boundary Lane, Saltney, will be fast-tracked while their fellow resident on the Welsh side could face a waiting list of up to 52 weeks.
