Wheelchair groups challenge council in High Court - Liverpool Daily Post 6th November 2008

DISABILITY campaigners have won the right to take Liverpool City Council to the High Court in their battle for safe taxis. In March, licensing chief Malcolm Kelly sparked outrage from local disability groups when the committee he chairs refused to license the wheelchair-friendly Peugeot E7 taxi.
