ogue tattoist sparked HIV scare - Manchester Evening News 20th November 2008

A ROGUE tattooist operating from his flat caused a major hepatitis and HIV scare.

Unregistered Nigel Wilde, 36, of Alderley Terrace, Dukinfield, used a ballpoint pen to etch outlines on to skin, and needles that were not sterilised.

A court heard he smoked as he worked and his clients included underage children who went to his flat without their parents knowing.
