CLAIMS that a Bolton schoolboy died from an asthma attack after drinking cough mixture could not be proven, a coroner ruled yesterday. John Ridehalgh, aged 15, had never previously suffered an asthma attack when he took a dose of Vick’s Vaposyrup while suffering from a bad cold.
