We have been told to take more of it, and there’s strong evidence that Omega 3 really is crucial for our brains, hearts and immune systems. We don’t need any more convincing, it seems - keen to improve our brainpower, we now spend £60million a year on Omega 3 pills.

I would say my daily intake for Omega 3 is quite good, although it is not daily I make sure 3 - 4 times a week I do.
I usually obtain my omega 3 from sardines since it contains less mercury compared to salmon and the other fishes.
