Unhealthy people to be offered £20 'bribes' to force them to see a doctor - Daily Mail 2nd October 2008

Unhealthy people could be offered cash payments as an incentive to go and see their GP. Health Service managers are looking at ways to get those from deprived areas who are more prone to illness into surgeries.
