Student nurse misunderstood instructions and gave lethal injection to 91-year-old patient - Liverpool Daily Post 30th September 2008

A STUDENT nurse has described how she killed the 91-year-old mother of a Whiston hospital doctor with a lethal injection of drugs. Rebecca Riley said she misunderstood her supervisor’s instructions when she gave Edna Alker a fatal dose of potassium chloride.
