CITY council leaders have met Jamie Oliver’s team to cook up a plan for Liverpool’s very own Ministry of Food. The TV chef’s healthy-eating programme, originally rolled out in Rotherham, was instrumental in helping the south Yorkshire town shed the pounds. The city council now hopes by getting the ministry team on board, it will help Liverpool in its campaign to help the city “Lose a Million” pounds.
