Hospitals accused of serving up salty, fatty food - The Guardian 23rd October 2008

Hospital canteens were today accused of serving that breaches government guidelines for salt and fat. A Which? investigation sent dieticians to 21 hospitals across the UK and described the situation they found in canteens as “farcical”.
