A 14-MONTH-OLD Merseyside boy was accidentally given a second injection of the MMR vaccine. David Dobson and his twin brother Robert, from Netherton were taken by their mother Karen to their local health centre last Wednesday for a combined measles, mumps and rubella jab and HiB vaccine.
