A woman in her 40s has died and a relative is seriously ill after eating poisonous mushrooms picked on a day out. The younger woman picked handfuls of Death Cap toadstools, which contain 20 toxic chemicals, while visiting Ventnor Botanic Gardens in the Isle of Wight on Sunday.
