A TWO-YEAR-OLD Southport girl was turned away from Ormskirk’s children’s A&E unit because doctors didn’t have “a small enough needle” to stitch her wound. Lily Birch, two, of Victoria Street, fell and cut her ear on Saturday, August 23.
