SOME health trusts spend almost twice as much as their Greater Manchester neighbours tackling cancer, the M.E.N. can reveal. This latest evidence of a postcode lottery shows Tameside primary care trust spends £65 a year per head of population treating the disease compared to £115 at Trafford.
