CUMBRIA Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is hosting an event to showcase its work and plans. The trust provides mental health and learning disability services. It scored “excellent” in official ratings last year. The open event, entitled Dare to Dream, will follow its annual general meeting at Rheged, near Penrith, on Thursday October 2.
