Melissa Bowmer was prepared for a gruelling programme of treatment when she was told she had cancer. But just a few weeks later her four-year-old son Llewelyn was diagnosed with cancer too. Mrs Bowmer then made a sacrifice only a mother could make - she delayed her own chemotherapy by six months so she could help her son through his treatment for a rare brain tumour.
