HEALTH chiefs have called for urgent action after figures revealed Cumbria’s drink problem was spreading to children and causing more women to act like boozy yobs. Drink can lead to many social problems, Prof John Ashton, the county’s director of public health, warned saying that the number of teenagers prosecuted for being drunk and disorderly was just the “tip of the iceberg”.
