After 60 years, the National Health Service is due an overhaul. There comes a time in every long life when make do and mend progression is no longer appropriate. So, it’s heartening to learn that Health minister Lord Darzi is planning to breathe new life into the next 10 years of England's NHS, following a year-long consultation with patients and staff.
