PREGNANCIES among teenage girls have fallen, according to a Lancashire County Council health report. Bosses said this was just one of their successes and that issues like substance abuse and bullying were also being dealt with across the county. The council said more young people who needed treatment for substance abuse were getting it and that retailers were increasingly refusing to sell alcohol and tobacco to minors.
