HOSPITAL chiefs at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust today hit back at claims that they were failing minimum standards for single sex wards. They said that figures that suggested they were falling short of government requirements were misleading, adding that all their 57 wards were single sex.
