THE county’s first foundation trust, which delivers mental health and learning disability services, has exceeded national standards in its first inspection. The independent regulator of NHS foundation trusts, Monitor, found that Cumbria Partnership continues to exceed the required standards and provides excellent governance over its services to the public.
