WARRINGTON South MP Helen Southworth is backing Diabetes UK in its push to make health chiefs deliver on promises to improve services across the country. Mrs Southworth, the secretary of the all party parliamentary group for Diabetes in Westminster, is keen to see national improvements mirrored locally.
