UNDER-18s could be banned from sunbeds in Liverpool. The council is expected to ask sunbed salons to voluntarily raise the legal limit of 16 to 18 to reduce the risk of skin cancer. The idea comes after the ECHO revealed girls as young as 13 were so desperate for a tan they faked letters from parents to say they were old enough.
