A NURSE who slept on duty at a care home has been cautioned - but allowed to continue practicing. Nadia Muscolino, 50, accepted 'having 40 winks' at Bedford Residential and Nursing Home, in Leigh. But she denied being fully asleep. A hearing had heard that Muscolino, a junior sister, from Tyldesley, was in charge of 30 vulnerable and highly-dependent patients when she was found asleep in front of a TV.
