Hospital critics told 'put up or shut up' - Lancashire Telegraph 4th April 2008

HOSPITAL critics have been told to "put up or shut up " over their catalogue of alleged failings. Liberal Democrat councillors in Burnley and Pendle launched the It's Our NHS website in January, using it to build a dossier of complaints to back their calls for a high-level investigation into the hospitals since the Meeting Patients' Needs shake-up in November. They have claimed to be "inundated" with shocking stories from patients and staff, but have not yet revealed the full extent of their research.
