A BUS with a difference will formally launch a new £2m fat-busting scheme in Liverpool. Liverpool council and Liverpool primary care trust are trying to tackle worrying levels of childhood obesity and ensure every pupil has a healthy dinner. Measures range from giving high schools £10,000 to transform kitchens and dining rooms, to putting fruit vending machines in schools.
