A foreign doctor whose "catastrophic" mistakes ended in the death of a newborn child has fled the country, the General Medical Council heard yesterday. Dr Vladin Visnjevac returned to Bosnia after being arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following the death of Hollie Dinning, whose skull was crushed at birth by his repeated use of forceps.
