It is a stark reality that National Health Service staff up and down the country are under attack from patients and their families. It could be that the 24-hour security system at Leighton Hospital is working or because they treat nicer patients. But new figures released by the Health Commission shows it falls into the lowest 20% in the country for physical abuse on staff by patients.
