TEEN PREGNANCY rates in Trafford are the lowest in the North West having dropped by 7.8 per cent according to new figures. Stretford and Urmston MP Bev Hughes, said that although the results which showed Trafford had a rate of 31.3 for 2006, were a great improvement, the overall progress could be faster.
