Sisters have stomachs removed to survive cancer - Daily Mail 25th March 2008

As if Lisa Bendle, 24, and her sister Ruth, 22, haven't been through enough in their young lives already. During the next few months, they will have to make some agonising decisions. The sisters from Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, made medical history last year when both had their stomachs removed on the same day in the same hospital.
