ALCOHOL service CASES has celebrated its first birthday by launching a new campaign. Staff at CASES (Community Alcohol Screening and Educational Service) were joined by members of the public as they unveiled their new alcohol awareness campaign and website, which is about to hit the streets of St Helens.
