Hyperactive young girls are more likely to have abusive relationships, smoking addictions and a lack of job prospects later in life, according to new research. The study, led by University College London (UCL) and the University of Montreal, also showed that hyperactivity combined with aggressive behaviour in girls as young as six may lead to teenage pregnancies and dependency on welfare.
