One in five family doctors admit their knowledge of MRSA is not good enough, according to a survey today. And two thirds of GPs say they have not received any information on what to do if they suspect somebody has the bug. The survey, for GP newspaper, looked at community-acquired MRSA - that is when somebody who has not recently been in hospital, or is otherwise not expected to be a victim, gets the bug.
