THE doctor at the centre of a breast cancer scandal involving hundreds of women 'repeatedly failed to provide an acceptable level of care'. Health bosses launched a massive investigation into the care of more than 2,000 women with suspected breast cancer at Trafford General Hospital and North Manchester General after discovering breast scan expert Dr Amjan Husien (pictured) had missed a series of cancers in 2005.
