THE secret £76m savings of Greater Manchester health trusts are today revealed by the M.E.N. News that health bosses across the north west region expect to bank a £230m surplus at the end of this month - while a Greater Manchester hospital is forced to borrow money to pay wages - has sparked fierce criticism. Critics say there is a `moral obligation' on health bosses to help Trafford General, when there is so much money saved up locally.
