Social care innovators prepare to meet the dragons - The Guardian 20th February 2008

Ideas as diverse as career development for socially excluded artists and recruitment of "village agents" to help older people access services in rural areas have won through to the final stage of Meet the Dragons, the groundbreaking initiative supported by Society Guardian to foster innovation in social care. Following the lead of Dragons' Den, the hugely successful TV entrepreneurial talent show, five projects will go before a panel of experts next week to vie for funding and mentoring from top development agencies.
