A PUBLIC meeting to discuss plans to revolutionise healthcare in Bolton will be held at the Lancaster Suite at Westhoughton Masonic Hall in Peel Street, on Friday. The event will examine plans to build seven super-surgeries as well as increase life-expectancy and create a mini accident and emergency centre in the middle of Bolton. It is being held between 2pm and 4pm.
