A vaccine for HIV and Aids may never be found, a Nobel Prize-winning scientist warned today. Professor David Baltimore, president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), spoke at the group's annual conference in Boston. Prof Baltimore said scientists were looking to new tools, such as gene and stem cell therapy, instead of traditional immunisation.
