A WOMAN feels she is a prisoner in her home because health bosses refuse to pay for an electric wheelchair. Dorothy Ross, aged 62, suffered a massive stroke five years ago which left her paralysed down her right side. Her devoted husband, Michael, has been caring for her. But after suffering a heart attack last October - his sixth in the past 20 years - he has been told by his GP that he must take it easy.
