RESIDENTS have been invited to give their views on plans for a new £10 million health centre. The centre, planned for an undecided site in Colne, is still awaiting approval from the North West Strategic Health Authority, but East Lancashire Primary Care Trust has promised to find the cash from other pots if the bid is unsuccessful.
