THE family of a woman who died from complications after a routine operation at a Liverpool hospital today told of their heartbreak. Mum-of-three Annette Kehoe underwent keyhole surgery to remove her gall bladder at Fazakerley hospital in April last year. Liverpool Coroner’s Court heard how doctors discovered a perforated bowel and the 50-year-old was moved to intensive care.
