Grim death toll of our booze victims - Liverpool Echo 4th February 2008

MEN in Knowsley are dying almost a year earlier than they should because they are drinking too much. Shock figures show the average man in the area loses more than 11 months of his life due to alcohol, while women lose seven months – both well above national average.
