A LIVERPOOL University-trained locum doctor had sex with a female patient on a consulting room couch, the General Medical Council heard. Dr Michael Moore, 62, thought the 34-year-old woman “was coming on strong” after she asked him to examine her chest and pulled up her top to reveal she was not wearing a bra, the GMC hearing in Manchester heard.
