AN INNOVATIVE dementia sufferers' facility offering specialist health care across East Lancashire could soon become a reality. Pendle councillors welcomed plans for the £4million 90 bed private nursing home catering for people suffering from different forms of dementia on land between Fletcher Street and Bracewell Street, in Nelson.
