Scotland to chew over food policy - The Observer 13th January 2008

Plans for a national discussion towards the creation of the country's first food policy will be announced by the Scottish Executive this week. Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, will launch the debate at a school breakfast club on Tuesday followed by a speech to the Scottish Food and Drink Federation on Wednesday.
