HOSPITAL waiting times are to be slashed this autumn - by treating patients in a CAR PARK. A plan has been drawn up to place trucks at the Boltongate Retail Park just outside the town centre in which patients will be diagnosed and treated. But the proposal has been slammed by Bolton's Health Scrutiny Committee which has labelled it "completely inappropriate".
