ALDER Hey has brought in the head of another city hospital as its new chief executive. The children’s hospital in West Derby has appointed Louise Shepherd, who holds the same post at Liverpool women’s hospital. She replaces Tony Bell, who became chief executive at the Royal Liverpool Hospital last year.
